Overview

The AD20 is a new generation advertising player designed for full-color LED displays. It integrates playback and transmission functions, allowing program publishing and display control through various user terminals such as PCs, mobile phones, and tablets. It also supports access to cloud publishing and cloud monitoring platforms, enabling easy cross-regional cluster management of displays.
The AD20 supports multi-screen splicing and both synchronous and asynchronous modes. With its features of security, stability, ease of use, and intelligent control, the AD20 can be widely applied in LED advertising display splicing applications.

Default 2 main ports, configurable to 1 main and 1 backup.
• 1-way stereo audio output interface
Internal audio source sampling rate is fixed at 48KHz, external audio sources support 32KHz, 44.1KHz, and 48KHz. When using a multi-function card for audio output, a 48KHz sampling rate must be used.
• 1-way HDMI 1.4 output interface
Maximum output 1080P@60Hz, supports HDMI Loop.

In synchronous mode, the video source input through this interface supports full-screen adaptive playback.

Supports U disk program playback and U disk firmware upgrade.
• 1-way USB (Type B) interface
Connects the host computer directly to the device for program publishing and display screen control.
• 1-way Gigabit network port
Connects the host computer directly to the device, or connects the device to a local area network or public network for program publishing and display screen control.

2. DHL express is the default method. Others express like UPS or Fedex will be adopted only when DHL is not available or not suitable at the destination; If you would like to ship the goods by sea or by air, please contact us in advance.
 

3. We will ship your order within 2 working days upon receiving payment. We will re-inform you another fastest delivery date if the goods is out of stock.

5. Shipment time is depends on the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit time may slow, particularly during the holiday season.
 

6. Please inform us in advance if you wanna declare lower value on the shipping invoice in order to avoid or minimize the customs tax on your side. If not, we will use the orginal amount as paid.
 

7. If required, please assist the courier for necessary assistance concerning the customs clearance of the goods locally.
 

8. Please check the items in front of the courier when they arrive. If the goods are damaged, please try to obtain local courier’s documentary evidence for the breakage, In the meantime, please email us with photos or videos of the packaging and products as soon as possible.
 

9. If you have not received your shipment within 15 days since payment date, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you ASAP.
